Bartenders are $55/hour. Servers, Barbacks, Bussers & Hosts are $45/hour. We charge for 1 hour of setup & 1 hour of breakdown. Weddings and other large events require more time, and we charge based on how complex the load in/out will be. We have a 5 hour minimum (which includes the setup and breakdown time); you don’t have to use the full 5 hours, but you would have to pay for it.
Events that require 3 or more bartenders require a Captain Bartender, which costs $65/hour. The same is true for events that require 3 or more servers, bussers, security personnel, or cooks.

Throwing a party can be a lot of work and we can help you provide everything for your party! We will do all of your shopping and bring everything to your event. This includes a 20% surcharge on your shopping list with a minimum of $150.

Our staff comes with all the tools and equipment necessary to make the drinks. They do not come with a bar or trash cans unless you rent them.

Our default uniform is a black button down with black slacks, but we can meet other uniform requirements if you have them. However, certain requests such a shirtless or bikini bartender may cost extra.

Southern California Bartender will consult with you to design the perfect menu for your event. We will then provide you with a detailed shopping list letting you know exactly what and how much of everything to buy.
